Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support operational readiness and end-to-end (E2E) scheduling for various programs within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lead meetings with internal stakeholders, and expertise in project scheduling tools. The position is primarily on-site for four days a week.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage E2E schedules for operational programs.
- Ensure operational readiness by updating workload and resource allocation for PCP operations and manufacturing.
- Lead meetings with internal teams, including QA, QC, Operations, MSAT, and Plant Engineering, to update and track schedules.
- Support planning and execution of operational readiness projects (non-CAPEX).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel, with full autonomy in using these tools.
- Strong data-driven mindset and curiosity for analyzing and developing schedules.
- Ability to lead meetings and drive collaboration among diverse teams.
- Strategic agility and comfort in providing constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Leadership skills to build realistic schedules and delve into task-level details when necessary.
