Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will monitor the performance and quality of production facilities while collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to safety and environmental initiatives.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot daily issues on production plants.
- Analyze and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures.
- Monitor and follow up on the performance of installations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of machinery.
- Support QHSE Management Systems and promote a strong safety culture.
- Contribute to initiatives that reduce the company's environmental footprint.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Diploma in electro-mechanics or equivalent experience.- Knowledge of fine mechanics, basic electricity, and measurement/control engineering (preferred).
- Positive team player with an analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in German is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
