�鶹��ý is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, performance reviews, training, and reporting. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with HR tools such as BambooHR and PerformYards is beneficial.

The HR Specialist's responsibilities will be:

Coordinate employee recruitment processes, acting as the primary contact with external recruiters and scheduling interviews.
Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Oversee employee benefits, including open enrollment processes; familiarity with BambooHR is advantageous.
Support employee performance management and reviews; knowledge of PerformYards is a plus.
Maintain and update training systems, recommend training pathways, and ensure employee development through platforms like BetterU.
Generate and manage employee-related reports, including payroll and benefits payable reports.

Compensation:

$105,000 to $110,000 per annum.
