�鶹��ý is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join a team in Germany. This role involves providing exceptional service and support for medical aesthetics equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The position requires extensive travel and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer success.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site technical support and troubleshooting for medical electronics equipment.
Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction through methodical systems.
Create and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.
Share expertise and knowledge with team members and clients.
Use technology effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Communicate and network effectively, persuading and influencing others as needed.
Present ideas and deliver training confidently.
Align role activities with company and departmental strategy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Expertise in troubleshooting medical electronics equipment.
Qualification in electronics or electrical engineering.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong commercial acumen.
