Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is seeking a Field Service Engineering opportunity in North UK, with a global leader (Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices), specialising in the manufacture of multi-million-pound, innovative constant temperature equipment and systems for science, application technology and production. Their portfolio includes advanced heating and cooling systems capable of operating across demanding temperature extremes, making them a trusted partner within highly regulated and technically sophisticated industries.
Location: North UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Engineering heating and cooling systems (PE), covering the North of the UK, installation, optimisation, analysis & repair, calibration, maintenance & training.
- Installation & Maintenance: Installing new equipment and performing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing complex technical issues and repairing machinery on-site to minimize customer downtime.
- Customer Support: Acting as the primary technical contact, offering training to users, and managing client expectations.
Education / Expertise:
- Strong electrical & mechanical engineering competence
- Experience across refrigeration / HVAC systems
- F-Gas Certified
Personal / Professional Attributes:
- Self-motivated and capable of autonomous working
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
