Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is seeking a CMC Project Manager to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you will focus on managing project plans and timelines for ongoing Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate, your work will support the life cycle management of commercial programs within the rare disease pharmaceutical sector. This position requires collaboration with various expertise areas to ensure project success and risk mitigation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in life sciences or engineering is preferred.
- Experience in development and/or project management within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with different stages of CMC development, including early-stage and late/commercial phases.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Smart Sheet.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
The CMC Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Manage project plans and timelines for CMC activities supporting commercial program life cycle management.
- Collaborate with Commercial CMC leads and other departments to establish and update project plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
- Support early-stage programs by updating CMC templates in Smart Sheet.
- Work with CMC PMs and leads to improve project plans, resources, and risk mitigations.
- Prepare and present project improvements to the CMC PM team.
Compensation:
- $60-$66 Per Hour
